Tested on Malwarebytes version: 4.1.0
Update the database and follow the steps.

Note: Application requires Admin privileges



Run LicenseMalwareBytes.exe in the command line. For more details, please run

LicenseMalwareBytes.exe --help
Open Malwarebytes, select Settings > General. Turn on the Proxy server. After entering IP into Address and PORT into Port.



After that, switch tab Account.



Not yet, return tab, General. Go to the Proxy Server, turn off it.



Return tab Account. You will see it.



Don't worry about it. Click OK and Done.
