Step 1- Dump combos from any USA website, it means getting bulk emails and passwords.
Step 2:- Use PayPal email checker to check which of the emails is registered to PayPal.
Step 3:- upload the checked emails to the PayPal bruter then it will begin to brute for PayPal Accounts login, when done you will have PayPal accounts.
Step 4:- Even if the PayPal bruter doesn’t give you Paypal account all you need to do to get accounts is to go to PayPal and from the list of the registered emails with PayPal which you got from the PayPal Email Checker just pick each of the emails and begin to reset password then go into the email and click the password reset link sent by PayPal and that’s it you got PayPal Accounts, even if the PayPal account ask for OTP you will get the OTP inside the email as well so this job is so clean. I have made a video about this.
