Which EMV Software

I am searching for an EMV Software to cash out ATM by using dumbs with Pin in Germany.I searched in the Internet for it...and i find a lot.X1,X2,Exeba Smartmag,EMVwriter 8.6,Phyton,EMVstudio,Chipso,EMV-SDK.The prices are between 300 and 15000.I had to learn so i give a little bit of my money for a cheap fake Software.Which of these softwares are realy working?Exeba is looking trustly and EMVstudio too,but i dont want to spend my money for software that not works.So here i need help
