Hey, I Have used Casherbox twice now. At first i was skeptical because I had made a service request for BTC to Western Union during off hours. (Here in the US it was bright as day while he is located in Ukraine if im not mistaking) Once the daytime had come he definatly followed up and I was able to pick up from my local Rite Aid. I just used him again a week ago. I contact first and he made sure to make it urgent. I Can definatley say he has been reliable for BTC to Western Union. But other than that, i can't answer. I'd give it a shot...
