I'm looking for a partner in the following scheme:

I have unlimited open-loop VDCs with full control. I can set any balance on cards and there are no charge backs because money isn't stolen. I need someone with a merchant account, payment aggregator, virtual terminal, etc. who can charge these, preferably with minimal KYC, and return the balance (minus your fee) in btc.
