What are the safety procedures I should go through?

I use the "Connect through TOR or bridge / proxy " setting in the additional settings when booting up

I also use the mac changer in the additional settings

How can I change my ip to match that of the victim's address?

hi im new with using tail and im not sure how to setting up socks with tails and i was wondering if you could help me?

Tails doesn't seem good for carding. I think that running it through socks might compromise it? I would have to do more research though.
