hi i am facing this problem….
when producing the entire visa debit card, after uploading the ist file and generating 3 arqc codes at the end of the process and analyzing the card through cardpeek, these 3 codes not registered on the card:
1: 9F36 Application Transaction Counter (ATC)
2:9F13 Last Online ATC Register
3:9F17 Pin Try Counter
without this code, only the ID card is immediately rejected as unauthorized by the terminal.. maybe someone can help me solve this?
