Am in, do PM me your email with your current location...loading of Paypal is basically transfer of funds from hacked accounts, you would have to prove legit before that could be done. its is instant.
Plus it also depends on your current location otherwise if you withdraw the money in the PayPal account immediately, they could flag it as a false transfer.
