CC to BTC Verification

So from what I understand at this point the only way to cash out in a significant way on Coinbase or Coinmama (any other crypto exchanges that are cardable?) is to be ready with ID and a selfie of the ID "holder."

I have seen a few people who purportedly are ready to offer spam IDs and a selfie with the same individual as in the ID photo... but I smell a scam.

Anybody have experience with this? Or can recommend somebody who will take care of the ID/selfie verification obstacle?

Just phone number sms
And vbv or msc

But VBV requires a password that only the original bearer knows. Unless it can be changed.
