How can I take that information and transfer to btc?
I'm using Paxful.com
I tried making a PayPal and linking the card but the card is already linked to a PayPal account.

Is there another method?

There could be a chance you could purchase bitcoin's online by purchasing a digital 'voucher' code. (Again depending on country) but you can try that. The billing address HAS to be the one matched with the CC. Or create a 'fake address' by a fake address generator if absolutely needed. Don't be greedy and buy $100 worth, first try $50 to actually make sure it goes through.
