So basically im about to get the EMV X2 software soon to rewrite chip clones. My question is is that all i need (plus dump+pin of course) in order to hit an ATM? and also does that mean whenever using the clone i dont use the magstripe at all at POS? only use the chip plus pin there also?

Did anyone figure out if u buy USA track 2 with pin to use in Canada do you need to keep ists country code to USA or do I change ist codes and arqc codes to Canada?
