Help cashing out e gift cards

I tried to buy some e gift cards using socks , but i think the cc was maybe dead could anyone put me in the right direction of someone to get working cc's from and maybe wouldn't mind giving a little help in hand as i go , I know the basics first time though any help would be appreciated :)
