Anybody that can show me the easiest way of cashing out a PayPal account?
If you help me i will be able to provide you with bins for certain websites or paypal accounts if it works.
Any help much appreciated

You can transfer alot of the balance to a verified middleman easily. Or just buy items on sites you could sell.

You could also try creating a donate button and donating to it.

What do you mean by a verified middleman? I only need to cashout about £150 for now and could you recommend me some websites that I could try.

A middlman that has its ID and such verified, so that when the money is sent to it there is 0% chance that the account will get put on hold, Then u transfer the funds out of that acc or spend it quick and even if paypal discovers the charge was fraud and chargeback, only the middleman and original acc will get chargedback on, and u win :). I know they can be as little as 1-5$ or as much as 25$ ive only ever seen them on darknet markets (dream market) if u pm me its possible i can help u or explain things further

Either purchase or create a fully verified PayPal account on a good proxy (or else you'll get limited easily).
Then buy some BTC from someone.
