Near me all site are card able but you gotta be smart cause when you visits a site it catches some info like 'ip address and 'mac address' if you keep visiting the Website for random orders by changing your IP and the MAC Address is same so your orders gets decline but if you having extra info of the Card ( SSN MMN DOB DL ) with Background Info then its easy to place $500 to $2000 order. All you have to do spoof the billing number confirm the card validity and balance and which is very easy dial the bank number type 16 digits of card and last 4 digit of SSN and auto machine will tell you card balance and other details mean card is valid no other way to confirm the exact validity and balance IF anyone says without calling in bank and typing last four digit of SSN he can confirm the balance its a lie .
When you confirm validity and balance then Place order if on first attempt order get decline then call in bank and agent will confirm your identity by asking like MMN and SSN if all ok then they release the payment good is this you take them on hold and place order until it don't gets succeed.
talking with bank agent formula applies on all type of Website Carding no matters its e-gift cards or airline tickets or shoes and cloths etc....
