There are supposedly 2 types of BINs (Bank Identification Number) when it comes to Facebook. A BIN that can bind to Facebook ad account and give you some threshold for payment, let's say $25 and another type of BIN that can you can use to actually pay for the amount you spent on ads.
So, I see people using BINs to generate cards that they use on Facebook ads to pay off the debt. i.e they use BINs that can generate cards which they use to actually pay for the ads and not just have some higher threshold.
