how to find good bins

hey guys. i’m pretty new to this game so any advice is appreciated. The first cc i got was a classical visa debit. Managed to get like 200$ worth of stuff with it. Decided to step it up so i bought a visa platinum and it turned out to fucking suck. I can’t even make a 10$ purchase without being asked for an OTP. What I wanted to know is does the type of card matter or is it the bin that matters? And how do I find good non vbv bins? I’d rather have a non vbv low level card than something on the upper hand but with too much security. Lmk if you have any advice and what you think, thanks

Hello look a good bin which is non vbv and use it wont ask for otp.To find a good bin,look for the bin of smaller bank or credit unions and try.Where did you buy the card from?
