Ex.

Bin: 506777xxxxxxxxxx
Ip: Brazil
Lets so for example I go online shapping using this information.
Does it mean that my shipping address needs to be in brazil too? And how did they verify that the bin realy came from brazil?

search online bin base they will tell which bin belong to which bank

somebody told me that socks5 is way better than vpn, is this true?

you need to use antidetect and socks5 i'll doubt it work with a vpn.
