I went into business with a complete moron who wound up becoming a mental defect / borderline retard because he started doing hard drugs and wound up losing a ton of money and need a way out before he steals from me. I have every bit of information on his identity, from SS to drivers license pics and bank account information / login / etc. He does not know anything about me. I am not trying to steal money. I just want to get my money out of his bank account without setting off red flags that I am pulling out of our arrangement by asking him to cooperate with bitcoin for example. Obviously I cannot get him to agree to take a selfie for making a new bank account that I could set up online that he doesn't know about. The most optimal thing I can think of is that I somehow get a reloadable debit card in his name, have it shipped to a secure address, and then fill it and withdraw money at an ATM. What reloadable debit card company does not require a selfie when setting it up once it arrives? Otherwise, is there any other alternatives to getting the money out from an ATM? I do not have his physical debit card for the checking account but I do have the card information and pictures too.
