hey
bins are the first 6 digits of a cc no which gives the carder some valuable informations like bank, country, card type, vbv or non vbv (sometimes) and etc
bins are useful if your buying cc for example you ask seller to provide bin of the credit card your about to buy and when you check it you relize that he/she is liyng
if you need credit cards, drop accounts, proxies contact me on telegram @xlamd
