hey yall, good evening or whatever it is for yall when u see this msg. i've been trying to find someone to help me out but everyone either dont reply or wanna charge something even for the binlist.com link LMFAO. I have a lot of questions but right now i just wanna ask how do i use the ccs that dont have holders name and addy, e.g. :

Cvv: 471
Expm: 01
Expy: 23
i dont know how to use them, oh and do u know i site to cashout? or a method idk, i was thinking of the mobile credit but idk exactly how that works. But yeah, as if rn that's all i wanna ask, how to use those cards without the name and addy, and where to use it, how to cash them out or whatever.
ill use this for random basic questions for newbies like me, would appreciate it a lot if yall help me out answering them pls.
