u can forget about gift cards
those methods don't exist anymore.
For paypal u just have to buy paypal logs and purchase on low secured sites with a fresh 4g connection.
It has to be from the best operators out there

a trusted one is empire market but even there they're scammers so only buy from trusted vendors.
