Mercari is easy to card

does billing nd shipping addy matter like same zip cc or anything or just need a valid cc with right billing info nd my drop as shipping addy?

Mecari is non vbv, if you know how to card then your good. I never carded mecari I did little bit of research and notice they require sometimes cards to be verified by recent transactions

In my case and experience that's a no brainer. If you wanna card pm @armystrong on telegram I have plugs and connections on lit debit high balance cards and all type of shit.
