Need help for Itunes in app purchase

Hi, I want to card gaming currency, I have US fullz, but everytime I try to buy it says “Your purchase could not be completed” I tried using VPN, changed account, changed the time, everything.

In rare cases it works even without VPN and incorrect billing details, I have no idea how it works, so my prime goal is gaming currency either by apple pay or gift cards.

Is there anyone who can give some information? or give me the correct direction? or any method?

The same happens for me. But sometimes if I wait for a day or two it works again. You can also try to get itunes gc from official apple website. It worked for me twice. Let me know if you find any other solution :)

I have tried multiple times buying pubgm uc , it depends on BIN whether it will work or not.. u don't need fullz or vpn for this.. that's the simplest form for carding..
