need help with bypassing VBV or MSC or even bypassing the cvv?

I want to know how do I bypass the vbv or msc? Is there a way to do it or not? I have card numbers but I don't have the cvv for them can someone help me out on how to bypass vbv or msc or even help me with how to bypass the cvv please? I know people use 000 as ive used it before but some sites won't allow it. I'm in Australia by the way.
