Need help with Walmart Account Logins with CC's

I have 100's of walmart account logins with passwords. All of them have CC's attatched to them. They are from all over the united states. I am assuming that the best plan of attack is to login to thsese accounts and use walmart pay at the store with them. Or do in store pick up... or even shipped orders if my drop is safe and anonomyus. I am wondering what my process needs to be with walmart pay. Do i install and uninstall the app every time I use a new account? Clean out my phone with CCleaner? Do i use a vpn? so i look like I am in that persons actual area? what advise can you help me with in this. I am not new to this i am more familiiar with cc cards etc. This is a new areana for me.
