Many factors results to an order getting cancelled...

A) it could be the type of cc ( credit card ) that you're using... most importantly the bins.

B) it could be the setup you put in place with whichever tools you used.

Go to www.whoer.net to make sure your proxy /vpn is clean and not blacklisted. Get ccleaner tool or any other cache and cookies cleaning tool and clean out before you make an order . These are just basic stuffs you need to know but shopping online to have orders processed and shipped takes some skill . It's a work of art. Some online stores requires certain approach/method as others also requires different approach. That said, make sure to usually card something under $50-100 first and once it's been shipped then you try again with the same account and details... just do well to get the same cc with same bin and try something quite higher than that .
