Hello guys I’m new to carding and before I take a venture into it there are some things I need to clear up for peace of minds sake and I don’t know where else to turn. I was wondering say I was in France would I better off buying a cc where the cardholder is also from France if I want to receive something through a drop near to my location? Another example if I was in the U.K. would I be better off buying a cc where the cardholder is from the U.K. ? I intend this question for the purpose of shipping items like clothing , thank you if you’ve took the time to read this
