Hello I'm new to all this I don't know anything about Bitcoin I tried it once and they keep charging fees and I never did get what I was after I know there's got to be somebody that can help me out I'd appreciate it I'm trying to get some money together to pay for my cancer medication but I'm kind of illiterate when it comes to the computer stuff if someone can walk me through how to get to bitcoin and an answer to questions for me like if it says verified on this site does that mean that that's a legit seller and then how do I contact them I appreciate any help thank you
