I have some questions
  1. does msre206 can write on chips and magnetic strips, if not what programs do you suggest?
  2. does ATM's uses magetic strips or chips?
  3. can someone explain how to write chips, is it as magnetic strips or the infomation format is different (and again what softeare do i have to use)?
