It is a VBV card, and I'm honestly not stuck on how to cash out anything worthwhile. I have all info, but it is a Citi Bank card and when tried to call to attempt to change their verification phone number, they said they use voice recognition software to make sure you are the one whose account it is....so what now? Help me and I will pay you seriously! I also have an enormous amount of SSN with DOB name and addresses I will give you for free
