Okay so... pretty much all crypto exchanges online that accept cc requires you to do KYC in order to deposit. My question is can you use the Fullz + ID scan of someone to do this? And if so does the card used need to match the name provided on KYC to the account?
Where would one acquire Fullz + ID scan for that reason?
