Unemployment method help!

alot of UA programs have done away with those cards so now the only options are direct deposit and check by mail. what is the best way to get the funds? should this person DD to themselves or open an account under the person "receiving the benefits" name? got 10+ bands just sitting at the moment. HELLPPP

Current, chime, cash app. Open account in persons name use a virtual po box for $10 a month and for Pete's sake...dont do it in cali! Any other ??'a message me...I'm the queen of fraud. .lol.seriously thou..I'm good. Advice is free.. wish someone would of done that for me.
