Anyone know where i can find guys who provide drop address for letter ?

Or how can i find a drop by my self ?

first of all depends on where are you from and the behave of the couriers there, there are guys that offer themselfs to be a drop (dont know maybe they work into shipping stocks or know some guys there) again to find a drop yourself, if the guy leaves the package near the door if none is responding its easy, if not well its pretty impossible

No it's just for a simple letter so nobody need nobody...

I've searched for them at one point, but found nothing. You might be able to manipulate someone online to let you ship things to them, just don't tell them it's for carding.
