ATM Plastic Card Viability / Question

If I buy cc data/"data dump" and using a cc reader/writer, I embed the data on a plain white generic card, with no number embossed on it, no fancy VISA graphics on it, just a plain white card with a black strip/rfid strip on it, is that enough to use it at an ATM? Can I withdraw money using that generic white card, or does the ATM machine reject such cards and require a card with an embossed number, artwork/VISA logo..etc?

New to this bro, where do you find that type of cc's with pins at ?

You can use card printed use only for safety in any one see they think something is fishy
