How to avoid failed transaction?

I'm pretty new to carding. A few days ago I bought a mastercard on Empire Market autoshop. Right from the start I tried to buy some pricey electronics but failed. Also It probably didn't help that I didn't use the IP that would match the cc holder's. Stupid I know. No questions here.

Today I bought a visa (from the same place but different seller), with DOB and all that sh&t included, I matched the IP (I used paid VPN; it wasn't the exact location but 15miles away) and then tried to buy bitcoins (on bitcoins.com) with that credit card. I had to type in all the victims info; from DOB to phone number (I probably screwed that up because at first I put in her phone number (I didn't know the site would send something to her phone, but then (when they already sent verification code to her phone) almost immediately I went back and I typed in my burner phone number (different country than hers) and then they sent me the verification code too which I then verified. Then I clicked confirm payment and got "we are sorry, your transaction has been declined due to policy requirements". I tried that twice with same results. I only tried to send the minimal amount (50$) to my bitcoin address.

Then I went to my local online store and wanted to buy something (again only for around 50$), typed in all her info, confirmed and got "payment declined:33333, 3D secure authorization failed" without being redirected to any site where I would have to type some kind of password or her SSN or whatever...what am I doing wrong? I mean I know I only bought 2 cards but I'm getting a little discouraged as I can't even buy something cheap.

Did I get verified visa and was that the problem?

Maybe the victim got an sms from the first attempted purchase and cancelled the cc?

What can I do differently next time so I don't throw more money away for nothing?

Don't use the card again you will be caught next time

first, you got to see if the card is not dead. Easy ... make an netflix account or some porn website to register for a free trial. Some sellers on Empire will sell you some dead cards, it's part of the game. So everything went good, next with your burner phone call the banks to find the balance (you should have all the infos to when buying the card).
Now you know that the card is valid and the balance. Here's your mistake, you only used a vpn. That's a no no. Most website will block you went they see it. You need to set up a Virtual machine and call it computer of "name of the victim". Change the time zone of your virtual machine to the same as the cc owner. After, with a combination of RDP/VPN and SOCK5 (check that the ip is not ban) it should go. Finally, go check if your 100% anonymous (this is federal time ... don't forget it).
PS* First purchase should be 200$ max and do it in day time. Also, stay away from buying bitcoins, gift cards are easier ...

True man which one is virtual machine and is it really necessary in carding

Thanks guys. After writing that I went to a porn site and everything went smoothly so that means the card was still live hours after my attempts to card. I figured out that the problem was really in the card (VBV) as I again couldn't purchase nothing from other sites.

I thought that bitcoins are the easiest to move that's why. What about western union (and paying someone to pick it up instead of you...in my country you can still receive 1000$ without ID) or buying bitcoins with paypal you create with stolen cc?

I tried buying gift cards from ebay/amazon but even though the order got through they then terminated my account in a matter of minutes...go figure

Bro try carding amazonnand ordering it to a person you know in that cc owner location and then when he received it he can send it to you it works fine for me on Amazon i use billing address = delivery address

An other advice i would give you is to stay away from buying guide. Most of them are from years ago and you can find them for free if you actually look hard enough. First, I would tell you to understand how to be 100% anonymous and after getting into carding.

Bro what if you're using an Android phone and you have got only HMA VPN, does that work too...and also if you call the bank and they give you the cc balance does that mean the cc is not dead? Thank you very much
