Once I have funds in a PayPal wallet, how can I transfer it the the PayPal account? I am having trouble passing PayPal verification. I have $300 waiting for me but can unlock it :(

Do I buy verified account or make one?

paypal are dicks when it comes to making a payment or transfering money how long has the accounts been open for and do you have a card or bank linked to it
