Help w/ Generated Visa GC

So i was shown how to generate visa numbers off a gift card but have not figured out how to use them. I can verify that the number is a valid visa number but not sure how to get cvc or exp or if they are even needed. PLEASE HELP!!! I need to figure this out and im driving myself crazy!!!!
