There is the easiest way is Donati. Just buy a dedicated server/socks5 ( at least under any state/city ) . Find some kind of site to help children, animals, the blind of the country that your credit card. Enter all the information, if the card is valid then everything will be successful. If not,will write that mistake.All very easy. So most of the shops selling cards, check them for validity.
