Hey!, I am not an expert. But I am aware that you can get Bitcoin with CC with different methods. Try purchasing a prepaid MasterCard/Visa (it acts like a debit/credit card but its prepaid). You can then use the card and CashOut with your verified SKRILL account. Once you do that, purchase Bitcoin with your SKRILL account. It should show up instantly.

(Buy Bitcoins directly through Skrill. Skrill allows customers to purchase certain cryptocurrencies directly from their account for investment purposes only. This means you can buy coins but you can't withdraw them to a crypto wallet.)

Check out these other links as well. Make sure not to go 'crazy' with the CC and buy $1K bitcoins. Obviously that would leave some red flags and I Do NOT think your transaction will go through. Try to start with $40 - $50 if you don't know your cards balance. I am aware that you CAN buy bitcoin with a stolen card however I have NOT tried it myself so I can't guide you on how to do it. Also, I wouldn't want to risk my personal SKRILL account about it either. Stay safe Bro.
