VPNs are often used and blacklisted due to its overexcessive abuse.
RDP is more private, clean and should cover anything you normally would need to cover to hide tracks and fake the location.

One last question should i try to the match the RDP's location with the CC's and should i still use a VPN or socks5?

Well, depends on the RDP. If you are able to get an RDP close to the location of the CC it would be fine. Else take a clean socks5 as there probably is more available and closer to the CC. Always try to match the CC location as much as possible.
