HELP BLACK CARD $250k - NOW WHAT?

US based NOOB here-

So I acquired a valid black card with $250,000 dollar limit and it expires in a few weeks- I have the physical

I hav some of the BIN but not sure about billing address-

I was hoping to purchase crypto and transfer that to BTC and then withdraw from BTC ATM?

What is my best option? I am located in one of the richest towns in America if anyone wants to work th me ivwould welcome the help.
