Tips: CHASE bank ATM's at casino's dispense $100 bills. Do not go with your phone when withdrawing because ATM's pings your phone signals anytime you withdraw.
What you need:
Get a card with chip.
Get the EMV v8.6.
Get omnikey card reader.
Get a laptop or computer.
Steps
Connect your omnikey to your computer/laptop, open your emv software interface and select your hardware (omnikey), then check the port connecting from your software interface click "port settings" it should display connected on Com 4. Then choose your card format (I personally use javacard J2A080). Then select card type ( visa, master, etc) then select Country of card( use the country of the card you are writing, then enter the first and last name, then select pin cod(you can use any pin cod or you can keep the original one( I advice you to keep the original one if any). Then after the PIn cod option enable dynamic data authentication use (ICVV) then also enable authorization response cryptogram and Authorization request cryptogram.. Then enter track 1 and 2 ..if there is track 3 also enter it. Then click on write card after card is written EMV v8.6 would pop up with a window " card ready to use" from the software interface click error check , if you followed this instructions correctly it would state " no error detected " then now you're good to Go. But I also advice before you try to withdraw funds from a card at the ATM always check the balance first to be sure it's still authorized. If the balance displays you're good to Go. And also the best cards to write are debit cards.
