Update: Now to clone cards you need ARCQ disabled dumps because cards now ping the bank servers when cloned.

That's the amazing thing about cloning cards. The methods don't die. Because on the legal side this is how banks program your cards so if it stops working it means banks can't program chipped cards no more.
