Asking for help. If anybody has a dump with a minimal of 20 USD I would highly appreciate it. I've been wanting to start carding for a while now but haven't found anyone to help me for free. I have alot of cc #'s with exp dates but no cvv but don't know what to do with them. Can someone help.

These numbers are from a bunch of University kids that are local here in Texas. I've checked to see the bin info and some are platnum cards maybe. If you know how to cash out we can do business.
