Aye what’s up,
I need help from someone who’s been here for a while on cashing out PayPal. Basically what I’m doing is selling an Xbox one X that I don’t actually have, getting the money into a PayPal.

here’s the questions.

1. Should I buy a pre verified PayPal. If so where?

2. How do I safely cash out.

If someone helps me out I’ll be more than glad to split 50/50.
