Generate arqc for x2 software

I've been reading a lot of things lately, one including that the x2 software is fake but I have it and can't seem to get it to work. So if it is real I'm stuck on generating an arqc using bp tools for a visa card. Everytime I ist load the card then try to read it again all the information disappears.
