When carding in store do you have to be in the zip code area in order to get approved? or would for example DC Dump would work in NC? or should you be aiming for ones close to the area your working in?

Pretty much you need to have the zip code - then you can do anything with the card / use vpn

it depends on the site
there are sites that you can card with only cc num / exp date
in high security sites for example ( go daddy & apple.com and this kind of shit ) , you got to have socks exaxtly with the cc location if u want to attemp to buy/purchase
