I agree. I guess that only the 101 dumps+PIN should work in EU these days. 201 D+P are really difficult (impossible?) to cashout, I'm still trying to find a way for ATM cashouts.

It should work if you encode the chip. However, I still struggle to cashout even after encoding the chip and having the right PIN, any help would be welcome.
