you can skip PP 2fa by simply not closing the browser/webpage on whatever device you are using.. just let it sit for like 12 hours, come back and re login and your in

let me clarify.. you enter the valid paypal password, it redirects your to the 2fa screen... here, you stop and let it sit for hours.. then you can refresh page and login normally
