Honestly brother I would not bother with skimming and clones etc... it is all outdated, this type of fraud is early 2000’s. It is not so easy to clone cards anymore these days, pretty much impossible actually unless you want to swipe. You cannot clone the chip mainly due to the fact that the coding on the chip changes after every transaction making it dynamic, therefore impossible to clone. However you can clone the magnetic stripe and corrupt the chip on your clone allowing you to swipe in store (triple dip). The of course you need cards that look legit and would fool a cashier. As for ATM jackpotting you will need
A) a experienced hacker, it usually works by a hacker sending a RAT or Trojan to a bank manager as a doc.x exploit and once opened it gives the hacker access to the banks network (usually done with a bank insider) then the hacker will get into different. Parts of the system and see how their ATMs work etc...
B) After all that a coder/programmer will need to code a program / malware that connects to the ATM somehow and triggers it to spit out money.
C) Now for the part nobody thinks about....getting away.... there are cameras everywhere and you basically just robbed a bank... the feds are gonna be on your ass like an old man that just popped a viagra with a prostitute.
Lol that’s basically it.... there’s lots of documentaries you can watch on the matter and see. I would stick to Fraud, transfers, loans, ID theft. This kind of shit requires a big team and some master plan. Good luck anyway lol
